As described. -- Annoyingly, despite the Seller offering lots of suggestions, it wouldn't read any of my WOUXUN UVD1P handhelds. However, it wasn't really a surprise because the other two leads I have that look the same as this one won't read them either. I even tried buying and trying a totally different programming lead without success. Ho! Hum! :-( -- Many thanks to the Seller for all of his suggestions. :-)
