I had originally ordered a black and a white limousine. The seller sent me a message that the white limousine was sold out and offered me a substitute. Great communication and customer service from seller. The seller had described the condition of the model cars as new accurately. I believe the seller also priced the cars fairly. As a collector, I'd be disappointed if the original box to the model car was damaged in shipping because of weak packaging. While it may not matter to some, it matters to me.
