The seller communicated well, but never solved my delivery issue. It took me tracking my package down through FedEx and resolving the issue. Because it took a week and the seller did nothing to track down my package. This is why I'm giving a negative review, but the item was I as described. To the seller, if you had made more of an effort, you would have gotten a positive review.
