But it arrived late due to an incompetent Hermes courier who lied that we were not in, so were unable to complete the delivery. We were in.!! They tried to deliver after the weekend. I received notification that my parcel had been delivered. At last, nothing had been delivered. I contacted my seller. Who sent me a picture of proof of delivery? But it was not at my house,after some detective work. I recognized the house. Four houses down the road. found it. sorted. Thanks

No messing around and dispatched replacement straight away that arrived the next day . This says more about the seller than anything .. problems can happen in life , these guys went above and beyond … will be buying all my paint from them from now on 👍

However courier not so good didn't follow arrows on box plus damage box and also tins took hell of a hit because of them, but still what's in the tin they should be fine to use . Just stuff always gets mishandled in shipping as people don't read or look at labels i guess but it's still usable . Thanks
