Unit works perfectly, demagnetizes things to levels imperceivable without some type of specialized testing equipment. Seems like a good value for a 120v 60hz machine, which aren't as common as the 240v 50hz units. It did come with some very minor damage to the attachment plate/flange, my guess is it was handled roughly in the mail, nothing a few taps of the hammer won't fix, if I even care that much. Hopefully this will last a long time. 10/10 would recommend.

(I do like the box that it stores in) Packaging was a bit odd, it was like those Russian nesting dolls, a large flat rate envelope, you cut it open to find a smaller flat rate envelope, you cut that open find a yet smaller one, you cut that open to finally find the original factory envelope, by the time I got all done , I was just expecting a note saying “HA HA” . Fedex screwed up and I got it after 3 days. I appreciate the fast shipping attempt and the communication, but even if it wasn't my fault and my customer expressed that the item didn't arrive when expected, I would still offer them a discount of some sort.

Again the seller quickly responded to my emails. In the end, I made a new replacement part / repaired the product; now it works well.
