He was very nice about making sure I got a first tier quality product. The second one was like new, and he resolved the issue as quickly as was possible. He is thorough and responsive to communications.

And ‘never opened’ is false as how could pictures be taken? However I am happy after replacing the band and adding a swatch guard. I was smart to purchase a replacement band from this seller.
