(I do like the box that it stores in) Packaging was a bit odd, it was like those Russian nesting dolls, a large flat rate envelope, you cut it open to find a smaller flat rate envelope, you cut that open find a yet smaller one, you cut that open to finally find the original factory envelope, by the time I got all done , I was just expecting a note saying “HA HA” . Seller provided excellent service: I received quick replies to my emails and a replacement product after I sent the 1st one back. The 2nd product had (different) quality issues. Again the seller quickly responded to my emails. In the end, I made a new replacement part / repaired the product; now it works well. I would buy from this seller again in the future; one of my best seller experiences: 5+ stars, the product: 2 stars.
