They apologised and sent a new one with no quibble. When it arrived it looks perfect for camping with a good size area for draining and a designated area for cups, just as shown in the picture on line and it packs to about 1cm deep. Obviously I don’t yet know how durable it will be but so far I am very impressed both with the item and the seller.

An apology was promptly given, the item was easy to return and a refund very promptly issued. I am very happy with the way the error was dealt with and have re-ordered the original item.
