He thoroughly explained the likely causes for the cluster failure. Communication was excellent throughout the process and he shared photos of bench test results and described what the issue was in detail. The repair was done very quickly and I received my gauge cluster in great condition. Quality of the work is excellent and great value given his experience with these rare parts. Highly recommended!
