You later stated we “should not have shipped.” We strive to answer quickly and ship promptly, but in this case the order was made before confirmation. Waiting for our reply would of insured ordering the correct part.

I am a “watch a YouTube video do it yourself” kind of guy and thought I found the issue. Shipped them my item and received updates from them and loved that. I had an email explaining what was all found wrong with my item. Got it back and reinstalled it and have not looked back since.
