I appreciate their Customer Service and my refund, but I won't order anymore products from this vendor.

I think people should be warned. More than 3 wks later eBay had to step in. NO communication or response to my messages whatsoever. Bought slippers from another seller and have been wearing them for 2 wks now!! Shipping itself may be slow, but sellers can ship out right away. This one doesn't!!
