Happily, in this case, it is an excellent one. K2 are fast to respond, very polite and knowledgeable. The plants arrived very fast, in good packaging, perfect condition, completely pest free, according to description, at a good price and overall excellent quality. They are thriving and looking great in my aquarium. Defenitely recommend K2! Keep it up :)
