One thing we want to mention is that the seller does offer refunds on items no longer needed. When we returned these seal kits in their own original, unopened packaging, the seller only refunded 50% of the purchase price and stated that seals were missing. Not sure what the deal was there as they were unopened and we had photograph proof before they were shipped. eBay issued a full refund.
