    The printer itself is a little more complicated than I would like, but I do accept that it’s a quality item. It arrived promptly, well packaged in its original box & in perfect condition. It’s a good looking item and excellent value. There was one small problem with the printer when I received itbut the seller was exceedingly honest and fair and it was resolved swiftly, amicably and to mutual satisfaction. Things go wrong, but how they’re put right is what matters & this is a seller to trust

    The HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e printer arrived in less than 17 hours from time of placing the order, delivered by a 'Storm Amy' soaked Royal Mail delivery man who was still smiling! I am impressed by the quality of the printer, it appears to be brand new, no marks on it at all, fully boxed in the original packaging. In my opinion, it feels like a great value purchase.
