Using inappropriate language in his coms to me and had to go through Ebay to get sorted. We said you will be reimbursed for your postage costs - & you wouldn't accept that? You wanted us to give you a refund but were refusing to return our item? You then tried to blackmail us with giving us a bad review unless we paid for the return beforehand. We even explained to you that there isn't even a button for us to press that would allow us to do that. Never dealt with a more difficult person in all our years
