Product as described. Item was packaged well, but he missed a minor defect, easy to miss but once you notice it, you cannot "unsee it." When I told him about it, he refunded me on the spot. His apology was clean and he did not ask me to send back the item. This was the 3rd time this has happened to me after many purchases, but he's THE FIRST to handle this so honorably. THE BEST!
