My son even said that he couldn't see any of the "light scuffs and scratches" which were on the description. Thank you for the communication on battery tests and the like. I don't love buying used electronics online especially, but this was a brilliant experience. Definitely recommend. Thanks!

Laptop came in large box well packaged inside with loads of bubble wrap. Good value for the laptop specs. Overall very good experience. Hopefully I won't need another new laptop for a while but if I do ill be coming back here to see what else they've got.

Delivery was prompt as stated, ordered on Wednesday and came on Friday of the same week. The seller answered whenever I messaged. The packaging was very good, big box with what looked like 2 metres of bubble wrap. Overall a very happy purchase. Many thanks.
