From the irreverent, snark-infested waters of Adult Swim comes HOME MOVIES, a shakily animated series about the wry and wandering observations of an eight-year-old boy, Brendon Small (voiced by, and named after, the show's creator). Armed only with a camera and withering contempt for the adults in his life, he tunnels his way out of daily boredom by making movies with his friends. Like many a Cartoon Network program before it, Brendon Small's twisted brainchild hangs loosely on its basic premise: it's primarily a platform for sharp pop-culture potshots and snort-inducing, meandering non-sequiturs.
