However when I was mailed the item in question there were pieces relating to play that were missing. Regardless when I communicated the issue with the seller, they were prompt and understanding and provided a timely refund. I still consider them an excellent seller for being so responsive. I wish that the item wasn't missing pieces but would still consider purchasing from them in the future.
