    These guys are good on their word and immediately responsive to messages. There was a miscommunication in my purchase of a Milwaukee tool. It appeared in the ad that a charger was included but arrived with only the tool and battery. My message had a response within minutes and then a phone call wanting to make things right. Ebay doesn't have a lot of people like that.
