The price is fair for the product... i did receive the item couple days after the expected date but im sure that has to be out of the control of the seller. I Did communicate with them and they replied fast and were very nice about it, offering to accept it back. I did however still keep it. It was a gift for a friend and he was happy about it.

There was a minor discrepancy with the description, and while we said that we would keep the product anyway, the seller still refunded the cost of the product. Not necessary, but appreciated. Great seller!! Went above and beyond.

Shipping was super fast, packaging was sturdy and the Plantronics M25 arrived in great shape. It arrived exactly as it was described and it was a great price for said unit. The M25 however was non-functional. I contacted the seller explaining the issues and a refund was issued immediately and I trashed the unit for them. Their response times to any of my questions were super quick and very courteous.
