I bought the laptop and even though it took more time than it was supposed to because there was a mistake with the shipping label the seller took the time to notice me and answer all my questions. When it arrived I noticed that the right USB port was not working. I talked with them and they offered me a 100 refund. Even though after a couple days of using the laptop I decided to return it because it was not powerful enough they accepted with no questions.

I was worried because UPS delayed my package, and there were no updates, the seller quickly communicated using their excellent soft skills to show they cared and were able alleviate any worries that I had about receiving my item.
