I ordered this item at 3pm on Wednesday, and it arrived at 2pm the following day using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. The parcel was handed to me, not left on the doorstep as is with some other carriers. The clock mechanism was wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and the hands were in a clear plastic tube so they wouldn't get damaged in transit. You don't get better service than this. A+++++

I messaged to ask advice, Dan & Jen replied promptly advising which replacement movement i needed and it arrived 2days later, packaged brilliantly for protection and with full fitting details included on a QR code.
