They did offer me a replacement or refund (which was nice), then it got here. tbh it's probably our own fault, living in the sort of country that votes for sanctions and increased trade friction on itself. Well done Brexit voters. You've won me another delayed order and increased prices across the board... and that's it. Congrats.
