    Good purchase and delivery status emails. Item was very well protected and packed. Despite the mug being previously owned, the photos and description indicated that it was in very good condition and it frankly appears unused! I used to have the same coffee mug and busted mine, so finding it again on eBay was a happy moment and all is happily fulfilled. This seller kept the "eBay magic" alive. Thank you!

    Initially we had a mix up with the wrong book being sent. However, the Seller quickly sent the correct book and it was in good condition. Obviously, we would all prefer to never have mix ups or problems, but since they are are a way of life and sometimes can’t be avoided, it is nice to know that there are business/Sellers that do whatever they can to make a mistake right. I recommend this Seller and am very thankful for their good communication and quick resolution.
