    Fast shipping, great communication, packing was excellent in anti static sealed bags wrapped in bubble wrap! Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

    I had a great experience with this seller. I ordered two drives, and they were shipped and packaged very securely, firmly seated in foam/plastic inserts and inside antistatic bags. One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day. These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.

    I am very happy with my purchase even though the wrong item was sent to me by mistake. Communication with the seller was awesome. They were highly responsive to inquiries & questions, especially since I don't know much about electronics. The item was packed well, turn around time for shipping was quick. This really was a good deal for the price & I would gladly do business with Go Hard Drive Wholesale & Retail again in the future. Also to note, you can't beat the 2 year in house warranty.
