Parcel had to be repackaged by the courier but, in Seller’s defence, this may not have been due to insufficient packaging. Something unforeseen may have happened in transit, don’t have all the details but do appreciate Sellers don’t have control over everything. There is a mark on one item but I think it should wash out, again, this could have been due to something in transit. Overall, a positive experience.
