Seller did not respond to messages about filing a claim with usps which told me the seller would have to file the claim. I gave P.O. Tracking number and showed them broken weight In the box. They started the claim and said it was automatically insured for $100. The weight seemed to have been packaged properly with bubble wrap and tissue paper. A mystery how it could have broke in transit. The bottom was broke in two.

She quickly let me know and gave me a partial refund. If she finds it she will send it to me. I really hope she does. I love the outfit especially the hat. Good value.
