Unfortunately, one of the 2 snare drum hoops arrived damaged, so I brought it up to the buyer and he apologized and went above and beyond to make the situation right. Rather than have me return the hoops for a refund as I requested, he immediately issued me a full refund and allowed me to keep the hoops rather than having to return them.
