The item was packaged well and seure, and the shipping price was very fair for the size of the computer I purchased. It came as pictured and described. The seller was fast to respond to any messages, was fair, and willing to work out any issues. I am very pleased with not only the item, but the sellers communication and honestly. I am satisfied with my purchase, thank you! A+ rating

There was confusion in the listing that resulted in the item not being usable. The seller apologized for any error and promptly issued a refund. No return of the item was required, avoiding further hassle. I greatly appreciate a seller that stands behind their word. A+ seller, would deal again. Cons: Minor time delay to get replacement Pros: Seller apologized for confusion, prompt refund, no item return required.
