Contacted the seller because the item was said to of been delivered,which it had not .That is when I was informed it was not an echo dot . Told seller I had not received anything of them so therefore I have requested a refund. Which the supplier then asked for my address. Which I told him you must have my address and just to put the money back on the card I paid you with .

When contacting the seller, the seller got smart and started telling me that it was my screen at fault because different screens and different panels see the colors different not that the color sold and color received was actually different. The color received just 1 shade darker than stock not what posted in the product pictures. Only reason why I went with this seller is because it was dark blue advertised.
