The Canon EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-f/5.6 IS USM lens is designed to attach to your Canon digital SLR camera to create panoramic shots and to zoom in from a distance. These Canon EF-S 15-85mm IS USM lenses also fit on APS-C and EF cameras. The focal length of this zoom lens is equal to the lens of a 35mm with a 24mm to 136mm, so you are still able to take brilliant panoramic photos even when you need only a minimum amount of zoom. The aperture range of this Canon EF-S f/3.5-5.6 IS USM lens provides you with optimized shutter speeds that enhance the quality of each image, in almost every light setting. The shutter speeds of this lens start at 15mm and range upward through 72mm, and this range of speeds gives you sharper images and better imagery in panoramic scenes, too. When silence and speed are important to capture the perfect shot, count on this Canon EF-S 15-85mm F/3.5/5.6 IS USM lens to operate silently and quickly. The lens adjusts automatically or you have the option to focus it manually. This is especially handy for photographing wildlife that might run if the camera makes noise, and for taking pictures of active people or outdoor activities. You also get to choose the type of clarity or distortion you want for each photo with this lens.
