The item is like brand new, exactly as described. It was very well packaged, arrived quickly, and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this seller. Their prices are significantly lower than other sellers and even the official Elgato store. For example, this Elgato Wave shock mount usually costs much more elsewhere. Outstanding value and service.
