When I connected the controller to my Xbox and entered the controller testing, several buttons did not work as they should. I contacted the seller and told them what I had discovered and asked for a partial refund. The seller was very cordial and understood my frustrations. Thank you seller for your professionalism.

This bag has lots of pockets more the i expected. I can't wait to complete my set. Vera Bradley Plum retired. Ordering use pieces is the only I can afford. Really Loving it.
