      Product was as described. New and never used. The product, however, did not survive the transportation process and was extremely damaged. Seller was kind enough to refund the purchase and was filing a loss with the shipper. Seller kept their word and did not request the product back. I would buy from them again given how well they took care of the issue.

      The item was received in good condition and was as described. It was good value for the item. Genuine Tommy Bahama can be expensive but this was very reasonably priced. Packaging was just OK. Plastic bag instead of a box but no problems.
