All four sticks of RAM wouldn't boot with the motherboard, but description only says "motherboard tested working" and I planned to use my own RAM so this wasn't a problem. Smooth transaction, and good seller.

The seller immediately responded to my inquiry and offered either a refund upon return or a discount to make do with the lesser unit. I decided to take the offer of discount and apply the money to accessories I needed for the laptop. Communications were immediate and courteous and I will likely purchase from this seller again.
