Per the picture posted I was expecting brown shoes with a light blue sole and I received shoes that were caramel color with white sole. I am not sure why you thought the photos showed blue sole if you look at my ten photos attached to the listing you will see they are Brown and Cream. Packaging was in plastic wrap but the shoes were not damaged. I'm happy I made this purchase as opposed to spending over $100 for comfortable shoes.
