While in some cases packages can be damaged in transit, we hold ourselves to higher standards than to EVER ship to a customer that way. Regardless, if the unit did not work for you or you simply did not like it, you are covered by our 30-day warranty but we have not received any reply from you.

The seller immediately responded to my inquiry and offered either a refund upon return or a discount to make do with the lesser unit. I decided to take the offer of discount and apply the money to accessories I needed for the laptop. Communications were immediate and courteous and I will likely purchase from this seller again. Well done.
