    The seller was very fast to ship the item. Great communication. The packaging kept the valve safe, and it arrived as described. It was much more cost effective for us to order this piece instead of getting a new valve kit with parts we didn't need. The valve we ordered fit perfectly, and we can now use our hot water heater again! Thank you for your shop!

    Although the packaging was flimsy, and the dome light lens was broken, "Real Cool Surplus" was very gracious about the grievance. I contacted them through the proper channels and the next thing I knew, "Real Cool Surplus" had given a full refund! Also, they were very apologetic for the problem. Even though all of this was what seemed like a problem, "Real Cool Surplus" will be one of my go too vendors. Thank you for being a champion as a e-bay Vendor. God Bless, Great Job!
