Brand-new item. Unused, Unopened and undamaged. In the Sellers Description it was a copy and paste from the website. Item arrived opened and when I asked, seller stated that in the picture it should have been evident that it had a small crease/rip but it is new so "what's the problem". Anyone that purchasing from seller should forensically study pictures and ask many questions to be safe. FYI
