I originally message them about purchasing a rebuilt trans as I couldn’t find a side cover plate anywhere to fix mine. After a few messages Bob said he had a side plate (which was in excellent shape) in stock and would post it the next day. Not only did he save me from purchasing a new trans he offered the side plate at an amazing price.
