I provided detailed photos, and instead of resolving the issue, the seller continuously denied the problem and refused to provide proper evidence of the size. The boots were also poorly finished, lacking even basic quality control, and had NO size labeling at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this seller at all costs. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is shocking.
