It’s as described- new. Shipping was slow but because of the company, not the seller. A good value overall. Wish it had some Velcro or other ways to keep folded when not in use. My plan is to use this for my very senior dog for getting in and out of the car and I have to be sure to hold it all closed up when moving so it doesn’t open up and hit me or the car.
