This item was also a great value, as an authentic wind-up, mechanical, chiming Hermle mantle clock would normally cost between $400-$1100 and this was a fraction of the cost. I also contacted the seller with a question and they promptly responded within 15 minutes with an answer (which convinced me to purchase their clock.) Would strongly recommend this seller to others.
