    So to start I had to get a replacement device from them. Upon delivery CPU Socket 2 had bent pins. I also had no heatsinks.. Damaged could have been from shipping but I can't see how based on how it was packaged. Missing heatsinks 100% on the seller. I reached out to them and they instantly sent me a new board and ensured it would have heatsinks. New board arrived very quickly. Quality was awesome, Appearance Awesome and the value was reasonable.

    The shipping is very fast, and the device is packed very well and protected with bubble/foams. The seller is very professional and quick to respond to the issue I encountered with a DOA device. I understand that most of the used devices are still in a great condition. However, sometimes shipping or recycling process caused damage to products. Return and refund is very easy and fast.     Overall good the seller is very responsive to communications … but in the other hand they used fedex as a carrier and took longer than supposed to be for the item to arrive also box got damaged in transit due to bad FedEx handling
