Shipping was fast and arrived within 48 hours of purchase. Item was packaged very well with air cell foam (much higher quality than bubble wrap, that was incasing the product. I am more than pleased with the machine I received for the price of it!

I screwed up and asked for shipping when I did not mean to and knew that there was local pickup. That being said, they still took care of me. I walked out with my product. I could not be happier.
