Unfortunately, it is the rare book indeed that can survive our delivery folks without some damage, particularly to the edges of the hardcover. I suspect the plastic bags are cheaper than shipping using boxes, but the books and their buyers suffer as a result, as in this instance.

Shipped in a timely manner but had to be returned as it was the wrong size. Return shipping @ $10 seems excessive so I didn't get as much back on the deal as I had hoped.
