I contacted the seller who immediately issued a refund for which I was extremely grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate too buy from them again.

My only issue was the US shipping portion of journey for which I don't blame the seller. UK shipping was super fast. US Pitney Bowes/USPS service gets worse by the day. Package sat five days without moving, in California, just an hour and forty-five minute drive away from San Diego final destination!!
