Unfortunately it was completely dead on arrival, but the seller offered apologies and issued me a full refund, and also declined my offer to return the item. I consider this to be fine customer service. I would happily buy from this seller again.

James

Packaging was padded nicely and it shipped safely. I got it to play old VHS tapes to transfer to computer and I've gone through hours and hours of tapes playing in it with no issues. Great seller. Thanks!
