Had a little issue with shipping but that was only because I put in the address wrong -_- and the package got lost at usps. Had great customer service experience. They walked me through the whole process with usps. Great packaging. Also they ended up refunding me and 2 days after the package arrived in my mailbox. They were just happy I got the parts. Extremely nice frame, better than described. Packed perfectly for no nonsense shipping. Frame is staright. A few small scratches here and there but nothing than cannot be repaired easiliy and was photoed and mententioned in ad.
